no control whatsoever! bought an item and the seller cancelled my orfer because they dont have stock. i paid in full with credit card and have to wait 14 days working days to be reimbursed. can't Tokopedia actually control their consignment to update their items that still available on the site although their items are out of stock? cant they learn from Amazon how to run an online shop? very annoying and isnt comfoyat all and the customer have to pay the price of their incapability
