Description
ZwApp is speciaal ontwikkeld voor zwangeren door zorgprofessionals. Het is een unieke app die je praktische en betrouwbare informatie geeft tijdens je gehele zwangerschap. Door gerichte medische vragen stelt ZwApp een uniek profiel vast en kom je terecht in het zorgpad wat het meest voor jou van toepassing is, en krijg je specifieke en betrouwbare informatie die voor jou van belang is. Niet voor niets is deze app ontwikkeld door verloskundigen en gynaecologen.
ZwApp bevat daarnaast handige functies:
- Het selecteren van je zorgteam via Apple's CareKit-technologie
- De mogelijkheid om je medisch profiel naar je zorgprofessional te sturen.
- Een dagboek waar je foto’s kunt maken, aangeven hoe je je voelt, geluid van de eerste echo maken, je gewicht en bloeddruk bijhouden en natuurlijk het eerste leven noteren.
- Een agenda om je afspraken met de verloskundigen of andere belanghebbenden in bij te houden gekoppeld met je eigen agenda.
- Grafieken die bloeddruk en gewicht weergeven.
- Een bibliotheek met handige artikelen die regelmatig vernieuwd worden.
- De mogelijkheid om notities te maken. Handig als je iets wilt onthouden voor het gesprek met de verloskundige.
- Een tijdlijn voor het weergeven van verschillende gebeurtenissen.
De app is gratis te downloaden en is ontwikkeld in samenwerking met zorgprofessionals van VSV De Slinge en het Slingeland Ziekenhuis.
