Frustrating to use, no energy consumption report, no HomeKit support

Design that was terrible years ago and unacceptable in 2021.
No energy consumption report or report on the efficiency of burning gas is mystifying.
No HomeKit support is puzzling: then this app would not need to be used as much.
The April 2021 update even logged me out, and it says my password is wrong even though I did not change it. Unacceptable to be locked out from my heating system!

App is duidelijk aan een opfrissing toe!!!!
Nu is deze onduidelijk naar rapportage. Wanneer je inzoomt bvb om je historiek te raadplegen, veranderen de verbruikswaardes zoals werkingstijd. Ook de “handleiding” is het niet waard een handleiding genoemd te worden. Van een merk als Vaillant mag je meer verwachten !!!!

It would be a great addition to be able to switch to a manual setting, with a chosen fixed temperature. The ‘away’ option comes closed in the app now but the user can’t change the requested temperature (18 degrees).

Il est clairement temps de refaire une refonde totale de l’app qui n’est plus dans l’air du temps ....
L’ergonomie est dépassé et l’app est très désagréable à utilisée .... pour des chaudière de se prix il serait temps de nous proposer une app digne de votre renommée

Très déçu de cette application et de la marque vu le prix! Menu et interface totalement dépassée... apres 15j de test je n’ai qu’un regret avoir investi le vsmart, malgré la programmation ni la température n’est respectée ni les horaires. L’application ne suit pas du tout la programmation

The app menu is a bit tricky but I have been able to create heating plannings and water temperature. For those having issues of constant disconnection just enable in your router the port mapping to enable TCP/UDP 25050 and it will correct all the connection problems between your app and the heating gateway.

Communicatie tussen app en ketel valt continu weg. Geen problemen met mijn andere apparaten op WiFi. App configuratie staat in het Duits en niet meer in het Nederlands, men werkt eraan is de uitlag gedurende een gans jaar??? Problemen begonnen net na het vervallen van de garantie?? Toeval of smart control?

app design really sucks Vaillant... Look at competitors please. Specifically the +/- buttons should be more centralized.
The scheduling is a total joke. Totally not intuitive. Very confusing copy paste. Takes ages for people working in shifts very annoying.
A geofence option would be great. The phone leaves the house, the heating shuts down. (single person living) Alle persons leaving, the heating shuts down (multple person living)

Keep getting communication and server sync error in the app and can not find any information about it.
Which protocol it uses, which port number , ...
Tried different modem configurations but after too many trials and errors, had to give up.
Just cant get it working and no information in the manuals.
The FAQ and troubleshooting page is ridiculous poor.

Il manque une fonction «chez moi» ou «absent» qui pourrait fonctionner via la géolocalisation du smartphone comme l'application Nest.
Libre à chacun de l'activer...
Aussi, à quand une mise à jour pour le rendre compatible HomeKit???
Mise à jour: compatible IFTTT!!! Ce qui change tout!
Grâce à ça, j’ai pu ajouter la géolocalisation et en plus, je peu le piloter via Google home! 👍🏻
Je met donc maintenant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Je mettrai ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ lorsqu’il sera compatible HomeKit 😉

Werkt niet goed ! Enkel als je thuis bent wel maar dan is het niet nodig natuurlijk ! wanneer je het nodig hebt (vakantie ...) krijg je geen verbinding meer en kan je dus niets meer veranderen ...
Als je belt met Vaillant dan kan er enkel ondersteuning gegeven worden via mail ! Nu al 3 mails gestuurd en gebeld, er komt gewoon GEEN reactie ! Schandalig !

Pretty happy with this thermostat system, coupled with our 8 year old Vaillant heater. Biggest complaint is some functions that are quickly accessible on standard thermostats are hidden too far in the app's menu structure. The most important ones would be changing schedule and/or a one-click speed button for a day of holiday at home. Woule be nice if this was added next to the Away and Hit Water Boost speeddial buttons.
