Sadly no longer adequately reliable

Losing saved workouts, app randomly refusing to save past workouts, randomly losing all RM data and/or past sets/reps.
Support replies were generic and not helpful.
Sorry, for a paying app (and not a cheap one at that) these things aren’t acceptable. Moving on to other options.

During timed intervals the timers are flipping between apple watch and iPhone.
When using apple watch alone, when screen is dimmed the timer doesn’t continue.
So frustrating!

it's a great app with a great community on Facebook, quick replies on Twitter but if you're doing workout seriously and using a couple of apps + gym + supplements and so forth, this app enters as a bit as an expensive item though, which is sad... it's really good!

When you first download the app the pricing for the monthly plan is 5 eur as soon as you complete the first workout the yearly and monthly plans increase monthly 5->10 euro per month and the annual from 50 eur to 60 eur... the app itself however is marvellous well made good workout plans made to be just over 1 hour. You can also add and change as you wish. Though I wouldn’t purchase because it was originally priced at 5 per month (which I believe is it’s value) then doubled on the same day to 10 so I believe it’s dishonest and not worth double..
