The app can be used to automatically send heart device information to your clinic – wherever you go. Cellular and Wi-Fi availability applies. To get started, contact your doctor to confirm your enrollment in the Medtronic CareLink™ network.

The MyCareLink Heart™ mobile app has requirements for your phone or tablet and operating system (OS) version. The app cannot transfer data between your heart device and the Medtronic CareLink™ network if those requirements are not met.
