Bad bad bad, avoid it
I used it twice and two times it did not work.
First time it was last year, a French esim.
The first day they replaced the esim but my business travel was over.
Last week in Sweden, it worked for a few hours then stopped working.
They did not change the esim and the all week was a mess trying to fix it.
On Friday they said it was not working because most of the data were gone.
It remained 32Mb out of 3Gb, very weird as I was chatting with the customer service to fix.
So it was never fixed and told me I should buy a new esim and they could give me 1$ for the remaining data on the other esim!!!

It works but it’s a bit slow, I see it roams tru TIM so maybe they van crank up the speed a bit. Roaming from my own provider is faster, so it’s not the local network.

Airalo (Costa Rica)
In the united states the mobile data was working perfectly, but in Costa Rica a lot of times when I turn on my data it is not working. In a spot where my internet worked the day before, the day after it’s possible that it doesn’t work and with other people is does. So it kinda sucks for CR that i paid so much and will not be able to use it all. But for US it’s good!

If it works it’s great
First off all this app is amazing when it works.
However when it decides to fail on you, you are on your own. Can’t connect to any mobile data. Can’t even open the app to check some settings support people send me when I contacted them about previous issues.
Next up I find it to be quite expensive as I travelled to kyiv and bought 5gig for about $20 when i told this to locals they were like “why would you do that?” Apparently for $20 you can get a local eSim with about 100gb of data…
But i suppose Airalo can charge a premium for the “ease of use”

Excellent for Travels
Great pricing and they give you access to one of the countries’ best providers. When purchased, you can’t do anything wrong with the very easy to follow instructions on how to install your esim. I’m never buying a data package from my own provider anymore when I travel.

Finally an easy/affordable data connection
Really satisfied with my first use of Airalo. I travel for work once in a while to the US & always missed an affordable provider of short term data connection abroad. No need of a second simcard etc. You can use your phone as you go. It worked fine in New York, me being from Belgium. Without paying a fortune. Just topped up my 2nd time for my next trip. It’s such a luxury to be connected, when need be to send a whatsapp or check your mail, without searching for the nearest Starbucks for free wifi :p Highly recommend!

Great service for your travels
I have already used Airalo eSims for several trips in different countries. It always works fine, easy process of buying and installation, good speed of data internet. Much easier option than buying local (physical) SIM cards.

Du vole et connexion instable
Ayant recharger 10GB pour les USA avec une promo de 7$ pour peut être attiré les client 🤷🏽♂️. Tout d’abord le réseau es instable et ne fonctionne pas à certains endroits étant baucoup sur la route de floride j’ai eu des gros souci de connections je précise avant de prendre chez Airalo j’avais déjà pris chez un autre fournisseur avec qui cela fonctionnait très bien. De plus avant d’activer la recharge je réinitialise toujours la consommation du réseau cellulaire dans les paramètres du téléphone pour voir ma consommation réelle. Il s’avère que 9,5GB on été consommé avant que l’on me coupe la connexion🤬. Si vous en voulez pour votre argent je vous déconseille vivement cette enseigne

Just what I needed
I was very keen about buying my device with an eSim but still was not sure how it works. I came across Airalo and after reading about it thought of giving it a try. Now I wonder why I have not done it before. It saves the trouble of finding a local service provider abs going in person to get a sim, until I get data. I use it only for data but it turns out to be super easy! No looking back for me, Airalo is perfect for me to have data on the go while I travel in different places.

Airalo werkt prima! Simpel in gebruik en setup. Heel handig als je data abonnement van je gewone provider duur is (bv omwille van werkabonnement). Op vakantie had ik overal bereik, super handig! Een klein nadeel: de prijzen staan enkel vermeld in dollar.

Only annoying thing is that you can’t delete the Esim after leaving the particular country if you plan to return.

Life saver for Greece (Crete and Santorini)
Super useful when you are traveling! It was Sunday and all shops closed. I couldn't get a local sim card. Airalo saved my time, day and money.
