Super communication
Trop exigeants pour les oreilles 😂 (Même en mettant les cheveux derrière elle ne se voient pas vraiment plus 😔) mais sinon super service; on avait validé une mauvaise photo et ils ont accepté de la changer par celle qu'on voulait via le support mail. Pas d'arnaque pour la livraison non plus.

Attention : vous ne recevrez pas vos photos
Photos payées mais jamais reçues après 2 rappels.
Le support très réactif vous annonce que vous allez recevoir les photos dans les 2 à 4 jours mais rien ! Deux fois rien !
De plus, refus de remboursement sous prétexte que votre photo numérique a été générée
Ne perdez donc pas votre argent. Allez directement chez le photographe puisque vous devrez vous résoudre à cette solution de toute façon.

Does nothing useful
The auto compatibility check lets some shockingly poor pictures through (like, near profile pictures that would never be accepted). The cost of the possibly useful premium service is no lower than an I’d photo-booth - all in all, only useful if you have no access to a booth or professional photographer I think.

Le meilleur moyen d’obtenir une bonne photo pour carte d’identité Belge, très rapide et prix raisonnable. La photo est vérifiée à deux reprises pour être sûr qu’elle sera acceptée.
Plus qu’à attendre d’être livré !
