JellinekMinnesota recovery is een app die bedoeld is om volwassenen die in behandeling zijn geweest bij JellinekMinnesota te ondersteunen bij hun weg in herstel. Stoppen doe je zelf, maar niet alleen!
De JellinekMinnesota recovery app bevat een tracker waarbij je kunt bijhouden hoelang je clean bent en andere waardevolle hulpmiddelen. De app helpt je actief en op schema te blijven in je herstel van alcohol en andere drugs – zodat je kunt focussen op de kwaliteit van je leven.
JellinekMinnesota, gemaakt door Jellinek onderdeel van Arkin, bevat een aanpasbaar profiel, groepen om foto's op te slaan en thema’s te bespreken om u aan uw hersteldoelen te herinneren en meer. Er zijn uiteraard geen in-app-aankopen vereist.
*Waarschuwing: de JellinekMinnesota app is niet geschikt voor mensen die last krijgen van ontwenningsverschijnselen wanneer ze stoppen met drinken. Dan is professionele begeleiding van een huisarts of instelling voor verslavingszorg noodzakelijk.
Functionaliteiten:
• Dagelijkse begeleiding en inspiratie: beluister dagelijks het gebed om kalmte (Serenity Prayer)
• Uw ondersteuningssysteem: neem contact op met uw ondersteuningssysteem, zoals een sponsor of buddy, met één druk op de knop.
• Cleandatum en tracker: voer je cleandatum in zodat je bij kunt houden hoelang je nuchter bent wanneer je de app opent.
• Stop met verlangen, blijf gemotiveerd: upload afbeeldingen van familie, vrienden, passies en al het andere dat u gemotiveerd houdt om het hunkeren naar een halt toe te roepen in diverse groepen.
Download de app van JellinekMinnesota zodat je een extra steun in de rug hebt om je leven in herstel vast te houden. Stoppen doe je zelf, maar niet alleen.
