Moodpress enables you to track your stress, real-time emotion, mood, activity, and sleep. It can only takes 5 seconds to write a mood diary.
Moodpress analyzes HRV (heart rate variability) data from your Apple Watch to help indicate your current stress level. With Moodpress, you can gain valuable insights into your mood swings, stress triggers, and overall mental well-being to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

After you've used Moodpress for a while, get feedback on what's affecting your mood, stress, and health through data analysis:

● Privacy protection and security:
You turn on the PIN lock to ensure information security, and we do not store or collect your data. Your data will be stored locally on your phone. You can choose to back up your data in your private cloud storage or carry the backup file with you. Your data is always under your complete control.
