Air Sports Live Tracking is a real-time tracking app intended for General Aviation and entertainment use. It allows you to use your cell phone as a tracker for leisure flying or live tracking for competition flying. Share your position and see others directly inside the app or at https://airsports.no
LEISURE FLYING - See yourself and others on the global map
Choose leisure flying for your flying adventures. This makes you visible on the global tracking page at https://airsports.no where you can see yourself and other pilots in the area. Together with events displayed in the app, this provides an added social dimension to your leisure flying.
COMPETITION FLYING - with real-time scoring.
For competition flying Air Sports Live Tracking supports for the moment Precision Flying, Rally Flying, and Air Navigation Racing, according to the FAI rules. The app can be used as a tracker with high frequency updates to provide real-time scoring of the competition through the free platform https://airsports.no. Organizers can easily create competitions through the Air Sports web platform. This gives spectators live tracking and live scoring of the competition. Choosing competition flying from the main tracking page provides per second position reports to the competition tracking platform.
PROFILE
The app gives you full control of your own profile. Update your aircraft registration and choose whether you want to show your name and profile photo on the global public map. Keep your profile picture, contact information, and biography up-to-date. The profile also helps organizers more easily assign participants to a competition.
FOR SOCIAL EVENTS
The Air Sports Live Tracking platform can also be used for various social events.
- Make your events available on the tracking map.
- Track incoming and outgoing flights for your fly-in.
- Pilot poker run is a friendly flying event with a route that covers a set of airports. Each aircraft receives a playing card at each visit airport (visualised and tracked by Air Sports). At the end of the run this will be evaluated as a hand in poker where the highest hand wins.
- Host an informal ANR competition during a weekend fly-in.

IMPORTANT
Note that the app requires an active cell phone data plan, adequate cell phone coverage for your flying area, and placement of your phone that gives it a view of the sky. A subscription is required for live tracking functionality. Live Tracking is for entertainment use only, please see the "Terms and Conditions" for more information.
- Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
- Payment charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Any unused portion of free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, if applicable
- Subscription automatically renews & account is charged for renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before end of current period
- Turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through Account Settings. You can't cancel the current subscription during its active period.
- Access subscription on other devices by clicking Restore purchase button.
- Subscription can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off
