- Health & WellbeingThese simple exercises help you balance your nervous system in 3 minutes or less, to shift from:
- “Fight or Flight” Sympathetic Nervous System response; or

To more balanced nervous system states including:
- Ventral Vagal (Parasympathetic) Nervous System state that supports “rest and digest”;
- Stillness and Peace; and

NEUROFIT’s technology doesn’t require any wearables to track your progress. Take a reading in just over a minute using only your phone’s camera.
NEUROFIT also allows you to track your habits and improvements over time - you’ll receive personalised insights that help optimise your nervous system and maximise results.
Finally, the NEUROFIT LEARN library helps you master the fundamentals of nervous system regulation, with new bite-sized educational articles added weekly.
All new members get access to a 3-day free trial, and then start a quarterly or yearly subscription.
SUBSCRIPTIONS PRICING & TERMS:
NEUROFIT is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a quarterly or yearly basis. New customers are eligible for a free 3-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Quarterly subscription users are billed once every 3 months.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of your purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the subscription expiration. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

I’ve gained so many insights!

Wow, this app has helped me in so many ways, and I’m just getting started on this journey. I love the ‘clear’ part which acts as my personal psychologist and always shifts my perception of ‘problem areas’ in my life to opportunities for growth and self reflection. Absolutely recommend!
