The app is buggy and scary

The app is buggy, keeps changing languages and sending you to crash pages. The bank verification is in languages i do not speak and a process i never saw before. I will never sell on this app again, i do not trust it. Sorry

Als verkoper geen bescherming

Mijn fiets was verkocht stond ingepakt klaar voor verzending. De nacht voor de verzending om 2223 krijg ik te horen dat verkoop geannuleerd is door koper. Als verkoper krijg je geen compensatie … wel een dag verlof kwijt voor de voorziene pickup de dag erna en een hoop potentiële kopers.

Unenjoyable buying experience

After trying to buy a bike TWICE I have failed to get a response from the seller, which ended in a cancellation of the purchase. What’s worse is that you have to pay upfront, so now I’m almost €10 000 poorer even tho they say you’ll get your money back immediately.
Tried contacting support but after 5-6 days still no response.
Absolute poor buying experience with a high probability the seller is some kind of bot, trying to sell you a product that doesn’t exist, making you pay money upfront with no refund in sight.
Absolutely cannot recommend this app, let the bots have their imaginary bikes but actual humans should stay clear until something is done about it.

Slecht platform

Twee fietsen te koop aangeboden. Mensen doen biedingen maar betalen niet. Minstens 7 of 8 biedingen gehad, bod geaccepteerd maar potentiële kopers betalen niet. Het platform moet iets doen aan de kopers die een geaccepteerd bod niet betalen, nu is het de moeite niet waard om iets te koop aan te bieden. Veel moeite voor 0 resultaat.
