Price announced completely inaccurate. Ended up paying 22€ instead of the 8-11€ announced on app from Lisbon airport to Alfama.

The app does work, as efficient as the Uber app, but half of the time there’s no pickup from a taxi available, even though there are plentiful around. I told a taxi driver that the app didn’t work and the reason was that Mytaxi increased the service fee and the drivers prefer to wait the traditional way than using the app... a modern version of “the goose with the golden eggs”

Very convenient way to get a taxi in Berlin
I downloaded the app straight from the airport to get a taxi into the city and used it multiple times during a stay in Berlin it worked great... Recommended for sure!

Somehow my Amex is not accepted because it comes from the US!
I thought it was the whole purpose of a credit card to use it internationally???

Very nice handy app, sometimes some connection problems, rarely occurrence though. For Madrid, doesn't recognize Taxi Vans, although there are... Location accuracy ok, can be more precise. Pay by app works very smooth.
