Une des meilleure application de news, pas trop de pub, belle et pratique présentation. Agréable à utiliser. Les sources sont paramètrables, ce qui vous évite de recevoir des informations qui ne vous intéressent pas. On peut aussi bloquer ce qui ne nous intéresse pas. Pour finir on apprécie le lecteur interne qui permet de lire un article sans pollution publicitaire. Bref après un temps d’adaptation et de réglage, on a une application claire, qui permet de lire des sources sélectionnées et choisies.
Rien de mal à en dire. Dans un monde idéal on aurait un abonnement qui permettrait de lire toutes les sources nécessitant un abonnement. Qui sait un jour?

Unfortunately adverts have become the bread and butter of news sites and they have made them virtually unusable. I actually think Flipboard inserts even more adverts in the curated content it serves. Flipboard also offers so much content from sites behind paywalls that rather a lot of it is actually inaccessible. On my iPad 4 it has become so slow - multiple times what it takes to load the pages through the browser, that I can only use my newer phone for this.
I used to love Flipboard a lot and while I still swear by it, it has degraded over time.

Het is lang geleden dat ik nog eens een programma of app ben tegengekomen waarvan ik echt versteld stond, of waarvan ik kon zeggen dat het echt een meerwaarde bied en je leven aangenamer maakt. Wel, Flipboard is dat wel degelijk. Het is een van de eerste dingen die ik doe als ik thuiskom, even lekker in het gazetje bladeren, mooi, eenvoudig, slim. Je krijgt in een oogopslag een overzicht van het nieuws, je twitter, linkdkn en je Facebook. Lekker even bladeren, en je bent weer helemaal mee.
Mooi, snel en simpel al zijn eenvoud, en dat ik er net ded bootte kracht van, geen onnodige toeters en bellen, al wat je nodig hebt, niet meer, niet minder (op misschien de taal na!)
