Cant verify licence

App is ok, but it won’t verify my licence. First of all it’s says can’t extract data so I enter everything manually (except all fields were already completed). Then with a selfie it says “oops something happened. Try again later.” Despite trying later several times and even restarting the process, it fails to verify. Don’t include it in the app if this service doesn’t work!

The app seems to have a long term problem. The last two updates did not solve it. The bug is still there...

Cannot login

I wanted to try the app for the first time but I cannot log in. I have used the same email/driver ID and password combination that I use online but the app just gives the message: Email/Driver ID and/or password are invalid.

L'interface est bonne. Les conditions generales et le numero de l'assistance sont aussi presents. Permet meme de retrouver sa voiture si on oublie ou on l'a garé. Un raccouci pratique permettant pour la location de voiture de ne pas passer par les pages jaunes.
