Worst customer service ever

Every order I have placed with Otlob/Talabat has had an issue. Either the order was not placed with the restaurant, or the order was delivered 3hrs late, or simply never delivered. Customer service has been useless and mostly sends generic copy-paste answers before ending the conversation before giving a solution.
