Service clientèle
Un service très peu agréable , j’ai l’impression qu’ils ne travaillent même pas la. Je pose une question on me répond « je ne sais pas , regarder sur le site » or que je venais d’attendre 30 min pour un « je ne sais pas » .

Je vous remercie de votre réponse mais j’ai un petit problème j’avais réservé l’hôtel par mes propres moyens et il a décalé la date d arrivée et de départ du 05/03/2021 au 07/03/2021. En conséquence, serait-il possible de déplacer ma réservation de train aux mêmes dates. Je vous remercie pour l intérêt porte au présent courriel.

App constantly experiencing problems
Unreliable app with constant issues. Prices change at last minute during booking process and money is taken from credit cards before clients are told that the booking process has failed. The pricing policy lacks transparency and the app experiences regular shutdowns. Appalling customer experience.

Riddled with bugs
This app is so frustrating! I am a frequent traveller with Eurostar. So often this app doesn’t allow me to continue buying a ticket or changing travel arrangements, keep getting error messages.

Par contre, dommage que le personnel fasse semblant de ne pas comprendre lorsqu’on demande de l’aide pour mettre sa valise sur le tapis roulant ! Ce monsieur est pourtant là pour nous dire de prendre un bac où mettre la dite valise !

Poor management of login session
The app is handy but terrible when it gets to make a reservation: 3 out of 4 times I will be halfway through my reservation and realise it does not recognise me. I no longer appear to be logged in despite the fact that I was logged in when starting the application. Need to start all over again. Very frustrating

Don't believe the hype. There is no eTicket option on the app.
You find yourself at the station, with a booking code and without ticket/barcode.
And what does the Eurostar helpdesk say:

The app is great for making bookings and keeping track of them. The only bad thing is real time updates for delays. Eurostar doesn’t do « real time » often the app shows trains have departed when you’re sitting in them in the station! :-)

This is the most lousy app. The booking is dreadful, in particular when you want to use your points for booking a train ride. It does not work for the booking of Eurostar trips, as it simply does nothing.

There seems to be no way to avoid that I have to enter my details when making a booking. I have therefore stopped using the app for bookings. See how the Deutsche Bahn app does this.

Jamais vu une appli ou il faut rentrer autant de fois son mot de passe. Pas de reconnaissance faciale. Bugs debiles. Demande de payer par apple pay injustifiee. Et je ne vous parle pas d essayer de reserver avec des points
