Got a six pack!
Despite that there are way to many adds and that it sometimes glitches out, it is a great app! I got a six pack in under 2 months by doing these 6 minutes about 3 times a week! I also like the progress pictures, you really notice the difference if you compare to a few weeks back!

Bons exercices, mais...
Les exercices sont variés, efficaces et bien expliqués, mais il y a vraiment un gros problème de gestion des vidéos, soit c'est tout noir, soit les vidéos ne tournent pas, soit on les fait fonctionner, mais on a le son de la vidéo d'explication en même temps que le son du "moniteur". Vraiment dommage car les exercices sont vraiment bons.
En plus de ça, c'est quand même cher, 5€, pour moins de 20 exercices supplémentaires (achat ni-app pour débloquer les modes intermédiaire et expert).

Nice app, some minor bugs, like in beginner the basic plank says to switch side ?? Or the mountain climbers for beginners does not say it but u need it ?? Otherwise it's pretty good. What would be good is to know how many times do we need to repeat one sequence to be effective.
