The new version is crashing all the time
This app used to be a very good one. Unfortunately Hilton decided to upgrade it.
It is a clear downgrade, with an app crashing constantly and unstable. Do not install it

Hilton Hotel App
I have used this a app for two years and find it very useful for booking hotel rooms throughout the Hilton Chain. On the positive side, the booking is confirmed instantly and what you see is what you get. There are also options for upgrades at reasonable prices, but they are subject to confirmation. On the (slightly) negative side, if I book two nights a month in advance and get a great rate and then need to extend by one night just before arrival, my whole booking takes the increased rate. That seems harsh. One more gripe - I have never come across an App that takes so much maintenance downtime over weekends! But overall, you guys do a great job and the pluses outweigh the minuses. You get 5 stars.

Not reliable
Cancellation does not always work correctly.
Although I received a cancellation confirmation email and no more reservations were showing, they still charged me with a "no-show". Customer satisfaction is zero!

App used to be very basic but it has nicely improved over time. Just tried online check-in and it worked great.
