Description
Rowan is an up-and-coming actress with the people in her hands and the world at her feet. Or rather, she was. After her life in Hollywood collapsed, she returned to her mother's hometown, Kryphos, to start over.
She finds that things on the little island are not as she left them, and much has changed in the five years she was away. Tourists are few and far between, the village is falling apart, and her friends and neighbors are losing hope.
She can't bear to see it like this, and throws herself into turning things around. However, she soon realizes that the more she fixes, the more mysteries she uncovers. A powerful company trying to strong-arm people off the island... long forgotten scandals... What other secrets are lurking in the shadows of this once sunny village?
