Strain Score: Superset measures your body’s daily exertion and provides a personalized Strain target based on your recovery and sleep quality. Your daily Strain Score is designed to offer insight into how much your body is working, allowing you to gauge the overall effectiveness of your fitness routine.
Stress Monitor: Superset helps you better understand mental wellness and its effect on your body. Whether it's during sleep, workouts, or daily routines, you can visualize the ebb and flow of your stress levels throughout the day.
Activity Tracking: Superset empowers you to gain a deep understanding of your physical activity. You can see how your workouts affect your daily scores or use each activity’s Strain Score to compare the intensities of the same workout across sessions.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS
Superset is available for free with the option to upgrade to Superset Pro with an auto-renewing subscription. You may switch off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Purchases of premium subscriptions will be charged using your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew on a monthly or yearly frequency unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. If cancelled, subscriptions remain valid until the end of the current period and any unused portions are not valid for refund.
Superset reads data from and writes data to HealthKit. All data is processed locally on your device.
