Your personal assistant in managing rental properties
This app is a reliable tool for landlords managing several properties. It helps keep everything under control: from tracking the status of the property to convenient checklists for inspection before renting or moving in.
Main screen - one-click control
The main page displays all your properties: apartments, houses, flats. Each can be quickly assigned a status - Available (available) or Rented (rented out). This gives a clear picture of your rental base in real time.
Adding properties - simple and fast
Creating a new property takes less than a minute. Enter the name, description, address and attach photos - from the camera or from the gallery. A convenient system helps not to lose important details and maintain clarity.
Smart inspection checklists
Before renting or after the tenant moves out, you can create a new apartment inspection checklist. The app will offer a template with items (lighting, plumbing, doors, windows, equipment, etc.), which you can go through, ticking off the status. Each checklist can be saved, renamed and later viewed in the archive. This is a great way to save the history of the state of objects and have evidence in case of disputes.

We tried to make the app intuitive: no unnecessary information - only what the landlord needs for effective work.
