Pulsoro is a smart heart rate and HRV tracker designed for general wellness and fitness insights. It uses your smartphone’s camera to estimate heart rate and HRV - no additional devices required. Pulsoro is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
How it works:
Place your finger on the camera and stay still for a few seconds. Pulsoro detects subtle changes in blood flow to estimate your pulse and HRV. The app functions as a wellness tracker that helps you stay aware of your activity, balance, and recovery patterns.
