That was a great app until couple of months ago
Ever since the version with the new logo was introduced it became a burden to use. The simplicity and efficiency are gone.
Why authenticate every single time?
Why accept cookies every time?
Poor programming, from my point of view.

Contenus illisibles depuis la nouvelle mise a jour
Lors d’une demande de remboursement, les cases a cocher apparaissent mais on ne sait pas quelle est la question posée. Plusieurs contenus sont illisibles sur iphone XS

Text in the app is not clearly visible( white color)
Since the update the text color in the app is white so is it not clearly readable anymore. Very complicate to select the name , bank account and info for submission at the end of the claim.

Doesn’t work
Just before submitting the claim a window pops up and I can’t scroll down to accept the conditions and send off claim. I hope this will be fixed very soon.
Update: the issue with the pop up screen is resolved but app still doesn’t work properly. I’m asked to register every time I open the app and then my PW isn’t recognised any more. The app hasn’t been properly tested!

Un simple raccourcis vers le site web...
Ce n’est pas une application, c’est un raccourcis vers le site web.
Il faut se logger à chaque fois, texte blanc sur fond gris clair illisible. Très mauvais, pourris, horrible, la pire de toutes les applications que j’ai jamais utilisée. On est loin des promesses de facilité. Chaque fois plus compliqué de retoucher les montants dûs.

Iphone SE, cannot close popup
When submitting a claim, the data protection popup at the end is only partly visible, cannot be scrolled and thus cannot be accepted to finish submission.
Edit - issue appears resolved since the last update.

The new version is a disaster. I have never seen such a bad app in my life. Just an example it is impossible to read texts because of the color of the background .

Cant’t be used anymore on an IPhone 7
Since the last update, we can’t submit claims on a iPhone 7 anymore. Beside the fact that the app crashes all the time when taking pictures of invoices, the final submit button is not reachable (the one to “agree and proceed”)... please fix these bugs asap. Thanks

Not happy
Uploading pictures takes ages and doesn’t always work-I got error messages several times before finally it worked.
Accepting the statement before submitting a claim is impossible on the phone. I cannot see the full form and I am not able to scroll down to accept in order to submit my claim. I had to log on my iPad in order to see the full pop up statement and then I was able to submit my claim..... but then the claim was not visible under my claims! Even though I received a confirmation and a number of the claim.
Not happy with this “improvement” of the Allianz app...

What happened to old, good app?
New app does not work properly! I can’t submit claims very often, it hangs or exits and I need to fill in everything from the beginning. I’m running the latest Ios on iphone 11, I don’t think it’s my phone problem. Why it doesn’t have a pincode identification like the old app had? Not happy at all with this still ‘beta’ upgrade...

Je me demande si vous avez testé la nouvelle appli car tout le texte utilise une fonte de couleur blanche et est donc illisible.
Impossible d utiliser l application !
À moins que l on puisse changer la couleur de la fonte quelque part.

Impossible de lire le texte en blanc sur fond gris clair ! But pour scroller sur la dernière fenêtre de demande de remboursement et donc impossible de confirmer la transaction ! Très mauvaise expérience par rapport à la version précédente ! Plainte sera introduite auprès de l’intermédiaire d’Allianz en Belgique !

Not usable after the update to version 6.0
When your display is set to dark mode the app text is not readable because it changes to white on a light grey background. It is not possible to agree to the data processing disclaimer after hitting submit claim.

Import pictures
We should be able to import pictures from the phone library. Sometimes it is easier to use a real scanner to get the invoices and then import it to my phone.
Also, we should be able to use our fingerprint to login on app.

Améliorations proposées
Reçu de certains médecins sont envoyés par mail. Or l’application ne permet de charger que des photos de reçus papier. Il faut donc photographier son écran PC. C’est vraiment pas pratique.
Il n’est pas possible de voir les documents qui ont été envoyés. Le contrôle dès remboursement est donc très difficile à faire.
La devise de remboursement devrai être EUR par défaut et ne devrait pas devoir être sélectionné à chaque fois.
Mon épouse soumet ces reçu à son primary insurer. Il n’est pas du tout pratique d’encoder les demandes supplémentaires car le primary insurer traite plusieurs demandes dans un seul dossier. Une procédure séparée pour ce cas devrait être prévue.
Je reste à votre disposition pour des informations supplémentaires.

Good but could be improved
The app is useful for submitting claims but I would like to be able to look at my records of claims submitted, including the photos of documents. As it is, if there is an issue with a claim, I can't see any details beyond the reference number.

application simple et facile à utiliser mais VRAIMENT dommage que l'on ne puisse pas ajouter de photos de la pellicule et/ou pdf d'ibook ou d'autres applications... obligation d'imprimer pour prendre en photo 😔😔😔 En attente d'une mise a jour!!!

Too many details are requested which are just already (and better described) on the invoice.

Review of my health
Dear sir/ mme, i found the my health app very intuitive and easy to use. There is no specific functionality for the partial reimbursement and the invoice function is used in such case which is somehow confusing and not user logical. Thanks and kind regards

Failed to load files after 10 usages
It happened that it failed to upload the files after approx 10 uploads. It says "Service temporarly unavailable". I had to unistall and reinstall it to solve the issue. Please update it for new OS, as it looks this is the problem. Thank you

Excellent and fast way of sending invoices with les effort and saving times. Very easy for anyone no familiar with any apps.

Very good
As I already wrote before in an email this is a very good application. The fact that we don't have to fill in those claim forms is the biggest positive aspect of the application. Be careful though when you try to send more than two pages. It can take an extremely long time to send the claim and may even get stuck. I personally prefer to send claims of maximum two pages.
