And less surge than Binance when everybody want to sell the top. Still possible to buy/sell even when Binance is totally blocked.
Oh, and don’t forget to tell the SPF you have an account abroad via their site (for Belgium users at least)
Ps: visual bug with the last update (8.16), my Bitcoin and XTZ are not showing up in my cryptos assets list (my other cryptos still do).
I still have them because I can sell those two, but just not showing up.
Really annoying.. please fix it asap

I got a free month trail and ordered a card for free… I went to downgrade to the free plan but it asked me to pay 7.99 euros card’s fees. I cancelled the card order and terminated all cards, but still not able to close my account and asking me to pay 7.99€ …. All of that happened in 10 min.

Tant que l’app fonctionne et services c’est au top mais je vous souhaite jamais d’avoir un soucis. Plus de 3 mois et toujours avec un problème non solutionné. Le pire cela fait plus de deux semaines que le service client ni les messages ainsi que sur leurs réseaux sociaux

Even though I had explicitly and on systems request denied a payment , my card therefore terminated , the Revolut agent reactivated my card without my consent and so allowing that merchant to charge me again , successfully. After that Revolut has been of no assurance and denying their responsibility . My loss 55€ something that could have easily happened with any amount . Your money is absolutely not safe and at the mercy of those totally incompetent Revolut agents . I decided not to use their services anymore . N26 is way more trustworthy .

Payer 135 € par an our un abonnement qui ne me permets pas de faire du trading. Je ne peux pas envoyer de l’argent sur mon compte de trading cryptomonnaie (kraken, coinbase) ⚠️ les crypto que vous achetez, ne sont pas transférables en dehors de Revolut⚠️ Le nom du marchand auquel vous avez effectué une transaction peut changer lorsque le montant n’est plus en attente, le système de pocket n’est pas très au point. Il est impossible d’importer sa propre photo pour une catégorie de budget. Il est impossible de supprimer des catégories de budget pré installé. Il est impossible de modifier le code pin d’une carte depuis l’application, ce qui est très embêtant pour les utilisateurs qui habitent dans un pays où les distributeurs de billets ne peuvent pas modifier les codes pin des cartes Mastercard ou Visa (Belgique). C’est pourquoi si rien n’est changé avant la fin de mon abonnement annuel 2 février 2022, je vais clôturer définitivement mon compte Revolut.

I love Revolut. First it saves me money to travel. But it’s also super convenient, with a great app, instant payement notifications etc.
Only downside: if you live in a country like Switzerland where you can easily get cash back credit cards, you’ll only use Revolut abroad!

Revolut has proven to have the worst customer service - no clear answers. I tried to use my card abroad and it was declined and was told to contact customer service for more information. Customer service didn’t say anything and didn’t give an explanation. I can’t get my money out and can’t make payments with my credit card

To register a payee in sweden the app expects account number and sort code as well as the Iban and BIC. Within SEPA (which includes Sweden) only iban and sepa should be required. Consequently it should be possible to register a SEPA payee by providing the IBAN, BIC and name only
When you make a transfer to Sweden it sends to the account number instead of iban and consequently fails!!!!
There is zero live help desk support. When trying to make contact with a live agent a message say’s we are very busy and will respond in two hours.
Such a shame. It used to work well. Now it seems very poor.

The app overall is great but finding a solution to your problem??? HUGE ISSUE! Asked a question about buying stocks through message because you just can’t find any decent answer on the internet. I started talking to the bot and the bot said if I wanted a live agent so I did. After asking my question in a nice way, an automatic message came back saying that it will ROUGHLY take 30 minutes for them to answer. No biggie, waited a little over an hour. The answer I got? AN AUTO GENERATED MESSAGE ABOUT HOW TO ADD MONEY and some other things I have NOT ASKED FOR! After this I repeated my question and told them that they haven’t even read my question cause that was totally NOT what I asked for. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I ASK FOR A LIVE AGENT FROM A BOT IF I’M GOING TO GET THE SAME ANSWER AS THE BOT?!! So to sum it up: SUCKY SUUUUUUCCCKY SERVICE!
