Problème de connexion

Des gens se plaignent de ne plus pouvoir se connecter depuis des mois sur le site total bug et pas que sur celui-ci. Le même message s’affiche toujours : problème de connexion ou Houston on a un problème. Que se passe-t-il? C’est problématique d’une banque en ligne. Ça met en difficulté beaucoup de choses dans le quotidien.

Peu fiable

Cette banque fait l’objet de plusieurs avertissements (2) concernant notamment des problèmes de facilitation du blanchiment. A évité je vous conseil toute autre banque.
De plus N26 a déjà commencer à supprimer des milliers d’utilisateurs afin de se faire bien voir par les régulateurs sans questionner l’es détenteur de compte et ce de façon arbitraire. Ceci est un des effets de leurs manque de gestion d’autres effets vont arrivé notamment l’augmentation de coûts de contrôles avec le recrutement d’autres salarier qui se répercutera inéluctablement sur le client soit en augmentant les frais soit en augmentant le risque des placements de leurs actifs (votre argent). Bien à vous.

I have been using N26 for 2 years and I am fully satisfied, the account opens in about 10 minutes via your smartphone, after opening the account the card arrives at your home within 4 days, really beautiful, transparent and you have to '' active the app, the account is really smart, you can do everything from your smartphone, withdrawals at any domestic and foreign counter are completely free, transfers in the SEPA area are free and arrive in less than 24 hours, assistance in very present application, really user friendly application, the account can currently be powered only by bank transfer or cash through the cash26 service in the participating supermarkets, in the end I would recommend it because unlike other accounts it is really completely free.

Ni agile, ni logique.

Je suis peu satisfait, tant du produit que du service-clients de par sa logique et son la que d’agilité. L’orque on a un compte privé, il est impossible de le convertir en compte pro. Il est aussi impossible d’en un autre, spécifiquement. Ensuite, les virements importants depuis Stripe ont été bloqués 3 fois. Je précise que je suis consultant IT, et que je vais avec la technologie. De mon point de vue, il faut revoir les règles de fond en comble.

Fraudulent Bank

This bank closes your account one way. They don’t answer when you make a complaint about it. Once closed they run away with your money. The Helpdesk doesn’t help you either they just send you between their email Helpdesk and their online support constantly to each other. This bank has stolen more than €200 . Those were savings and a repayment of a loan I had taken. To all take your money back to an other bank. To the people of Apple store, please stop this fraudulence bank of taking people’s money.

Contactloze betaling via iphone

Ik wilde net betalen bij een tankstation met mijn iphone en het lukte niet! Selon mon avis tout personnel, cette banque a sa place dans votre portefeuille, leur service clients est très agréable et fait tout pour vous faciliter vos démarches.
Au niveau sécurité, cette banque est vraiment à la pointe, il y a peu de chance (sauf erreur de votre part) que votre compte ou accès soit malmené par un individu peu bienveillant a votre égard.
Je l’utilise tout les jours (quasi) et je n’ai jamais eu de mauvaises surprises, sauf la fois ou j’ai retiré de l’argent à un distributeur non validé: j’ai dû attendre 10 jours pour que mon compte soit crédité du montant retiré, mais là encore c’était dû à une erreur d’inattention de ma part.
