Peace is an old friend to the Shiyalta Kingdom, where many are content to live in tranquility with no apparent time limit. All save one: Yuri Ho. For him, time is running out to complete his academy training and encourage technological growth via a burgeoning business venture.

But Yuri has miscalculated, and war looms on the horizon, ready to reshape his life sooner than he has bargained for. When conflict erupts in a neighboring kingdom, Yuri must travel there with Princess Carol and his classmates to gain invaluable military experience in relative safety. Yet escorting an idealistic princess through a warzone is anything but easy, and as the situation across the border rapidly deteriorates, Yuri can’t help but wonder: Is this an omen of what’s to come for his homeland?
