This is a cookbook of North Korean main dishes, side dishes, and desserts.  After studying the DPRK and learning more about the culture, food and people, I became connected to the complexity of their country and wanted to do something to support the orphans that live there and malnourished.  As such, all sales of this book are donated to the charity “Love North Korean Children.”  This started as a project for my middle school, the International School of Zug and Luzern, and has now become something I am working on in my free time.
