Why is the app only counting my sleep from 00:00?

I slept at 22:00 last night until 7am this morning, which was a pretty long period. But when I opened the app to see how my sleep was, I saw it counted from 00:00 and there’s no way to adjust that! Please fix or tell me how to record the true sleeping time!

有个大BUG,睡前没开手机蓝牙的话,起床后手表记录的当晚睡眠情况,会在同步后消失。其他软件比如heartwatch 还能看到有睡眠时长记录,但autosleep里什么都没有。
开发者也很傲慢,并不重视这个BUG。跟他们反应过这个问题,他们只会让你开关权限和重启,并不当回事。

Great way to monitor your sleep. Helps to establish good schedules of going to sleep and awakening. After a while there is a tendency to sleep better and understand your rhythms. I use this app every night and it has become my routine to check every morning. Highly recommended.

It is very easy to start using the app. The data recorded include some much details. It is bit hard to understand meaning of all data though, took me about one month. It is even harder to further edit settings and use new advanced features, so I simply give up. To record daily sleep hours is more than enough, nice app.

Before using this App, I used Pillow. The app was fine, but the User Experience and User Interface were quite bad in my iPhone in terms of analyzing and looking at historical data- so I moved to this app. So far I am satisfied with its functionality and UI.

I think the app is well performed and the data is reflecting the real sleep pattern and condition. Yet the most disappointing part is both iPhone and Apple Watch app interface is outdated and does not fit well with the latest iOS UI standard, hope can fix this ASAP

I’d rate this as the most essential app of all my apps to keep track of my health. It helps me to understand my sleep pattern both quantitatively and qualitatively. Prior to using this app, when I can’t sleep I’d read news on my phone to take my mind off stressful events that wake me up. Once I started using this app user how deprived I’m of sleep and what it could be doing to my health. I started breathing exercises when I wake up in the middle of the night instead of reading my phone to help me fall asleep again and I’m now regularly getting 3 hours deep sleep instead of 1. It really helps me to wake up feeling fresh everyday. The readiness function is also uncannily accurate. There are days when I was woken up by my kids before I’m ready and despite having slept 8 hours, the readiness meter would report a low readiness reading and I do actually feel unready. And there are days when I would have slept very little and the readiness meter reported that I’m ready and I was though the sleepiness will catch up on me again later on in the day if I have slept really little the night before. I’d give this app a 99% rating out of 100 and I look forward to wearing to sleep every night and keep working on improving my sleep my understanding and fiat paying my sleep patterns and take steps to ensure I sleep well. Both my parents suffered from Alzheimer’s in their 80s and I’m doing all I can to ensure I don’t add to the risk by not sleeping well.

It's great to have. But compared to other apps I've used, I feel like this one isn't as accurate. For example, for "readiness". I may actually feel pretty good waking up, but the app says my readiness was very low.
Also I think if the app contains some positive comments like "good job! You've met your goal" or something like that, that'd be great. I think the app is a bit complicated to use even after a few days of using it.

A great app overall as I am using it every day to keep track on my sleeping quality and sleeping time.
One issue (probably to someone may be a big one) is the app would changes my sleeping time from another time zone back to the time zone I am currently locating. For example if I stayed in America for half a month and then back to Europe, when I look back on my sleeping record, I am sleeping very late in those days in America. This makes the sleeping habit inconsistent on the record.

I have updated my Apple Watch to version 5.1.3 few days ago, since then the auto sleep app couldn't track my sleeping hours properly. I slept for more than 8 hours on the night of 27th but it only showed I slept for 4 hours also last night I slept for at least 6 hours but it only counted 30minutes? What a joke? Could the developer please fix the issue as soon as possible?

Why instead of fixing bugs, developers need to ruin the interface? Obviously it’s easier to implement some stupid rings, change a proper display to a useless color bar and call it “improvement”.

The app used to be quite accurate. But I don’t remember since which version has it become NOT accurate at all. Now what happened is it doesn’t know when I wake up during the night and go to the wash room... and it doesn’t know if I’m awake browsing on my iPhone... 8-<

the old fashioned color n design makes me hesitate to download at first, as i usually prefer apps with beautiful interface design, but i realised it’s the most comprehensive n accurate sleep app for apple watch after paid for and tried several apps for comparison. It provides detailed info of sleep pattern, heart rate and etc which is very useful for me. if the app has a more beautiful interface definitely will get my 5-star full mark rating.

I am using it for 2 days. It seems accurate. Some rings are confusing, such as quality ring (what is quantitive meaning of quality?), sleep ring (light sleep?) and deep ring (include REM?). I cannot find a way to show exact time or percentage of all different stages, i.e. awake, light sleep, deep sleep and REM. The rings are difficult to read. There is room to improve the user interface. Honestly speaking, Fitbit shows useful information presented in a good way. It will be excellent if the user interface can be revamped to show quantitive measurement.

This is an amazing app with lots of work poured i to it. The only problem i have is it doesn't seem to calculate the day properly if you sleep at say 6pm and wake up at 2am, when u set sleep at 12am.
