My amount got deducted from my bank account with a successful transaction notification from upi. I even got a mail from Netflix saying the payment is confirmed, however, I couldn't access any of the shows as the app was showing that payment is pending. On contacting Netflix customer care, they said that the payment is not received despite getting a mail from them and upi showing a successful transaction. I still haven't got any refund with Netflix continuously mailing me to resubscribe instead of looking into the issue. Such a top performing digital platform should strive to make payment user friendly and train their customer care support team to handle such grievances instead of passing the responsibility over to the bank and upi. If there is any issue with the upi payment then the same should be displayed on their website/app in order to avoid such lapses.

There are certain shows where one can see the preview in English, however when you are watching the actual then there’s no option for English in the audio. This is very misleading and highly disappointing of Netflix. It’s true that some regions have some restrictions, then I think the previews should also be adjusted accordingly. Great app for watching movies and series. Has a lot of options to choose from. But all these can happen only when it is opened and running. And unfortunately for me that ain't happening. Every time i open the app it says that it cant connect to server even when there is an active network connection in my Iphone and every other app that uses network connectivity works just fine. I have to delete and download the app each time and thefirst time i open it after downloading is only when i can open the app. If i close and then open after some time its back to square one and doesn’t work. I would love to have the ability to create multiple watch lists. Like one list for documentaries, one for feel-good and one for action like that. Now it’s like one big list which I have to go through every time I want to watch something. The same userid and password is used to access account on web and also in app. The same password is used to login into Netflix account so it makes the other party accessing my Netflix account to make changes freely in account details in web.

I love Netflix but one suggestion:
Some movies aren’t exactly in the kids section but adults wouldn’t watch them either so I think they should add a teens section for kids from 13-17 or something so that movies/series like Tall Girl, Baby sitters club, Emily in Paris, Ashley Garcia, etc that teens/tweens watch can be included there. In the kids section some of these are put in the adult section so adding a teens section can help so nothing inappropriate is there but absolute kids shows aren’t the only ones available. Thank you!

I had the mobile plan of Rs. 199 but suddenly noticed that it has been changed automatically to double screen plan & mobile+computer or TV plan of Rs. 649. Also, my money got deducted without me being informed in advance. I changed the plan back to normal but sadly, still 649 will be deducted on the next billing day. 4k downlaod cant be identified

I am using the top plan which is available to watch in 4k but we are not able to identify whether the video we watch or an option to download a 4k video. In the section to select download quality only showing standard and higher but how can we identify whether it is a 4k. There is option specified as 4k or we cant see the size of the video so if possible please add an option in the download quality settings as 4k so that at least we can know that we are downloading 4k resolution.

I purchased their subscription and I was not able to Login. I tried to reset the password but I didn’t receive any email or message from them with a reset link. I raised the issue with Netflix chat and they asked me to restart my phone. I did that and it didn’t work … I tried to chat again but I got a message that Try calling us .. and when I called the auto answer said please try to call us between 8 am to 12 am .., I just want to ask one question… If you can charge the customer after 12 am … why are you not available when the customer face any issue after 12 am??

I love Netflix and how they classify the genre and matches & suggest movies based on our watch history. On that note, I would love to give a simple suggestion:
Please enable individual ratings or ratings per user after the end of every movie/series (meaning every user can give his/her own reviews/ratings) and a system of classifying or marking it as “Watched” as we tend to forget the movies we have watched and really makes it hard to recall. That way, while selecting movies to watch we can definitely tell the ones we have watched from those we haven’t as not every one has a good memory.
Would update my review to 5 stars if this changes are noted. 👍🏽

Great content and all. Love the app. Best media player there is. BUT from the past few days I am facing a glitch that keeps signing me out of the app and won’t let me sign in until I delete the app and reinstall it. Please look into this issue as soon as possible. It would be good if there is an option of setting a primary account. More than one person can have access to my Netflix account, but it prevents me from using Netflix as it is being used by others. If an account/device is set as primary, preference should be given to the primary account to access Netflix. Pinch Zoom not working.

In the earlier version pinch to zoom function was working fine for iPhone but it has stopped working now and we are stuck with watching a cropped screen instead of full screen titles. Audio description issue

There is a major bug related to audio option while playing any series.
First thw default option of audio ahould be set to just audio not audio with description it is annoying to change it everytime ack to audio and the major issue is when one episodes end and next starts it again play in audio with description and this even you try to change back to just audio it doesn’t change until you close the whole video and play it again.
This is so annoying and should be fixed asap.

Add Forward button

Please add a forward button to the videos. Rest all is perfect !! I love you for bringing Netflix to life and also in our life’s it has been a lifesaver to a lot of people during the tuff time of pandemic, quarantine and lockdown in all the countries. You have given us a hope to live. Be it just watching Netflix day and night for long hours and days continuously, you (Netflix) has been a great support to live and not get depressed about the things

You know I love Netflix, because it has a verified webseries, the one and the only content found here in whole world. But if Netflix will have less charges monthly than I believe that it will be downloaded by most of the persons and purchased by the almost customers. But, though no matter whatever it is , I love it extremely. But a wish to reduce the charges. Thank you Netflix for proper updates and bugs fixing.

Too many bugs in offline downloads

If you have a strong internet connection, then you wont have any problem streaming. But if you are like me who downloads and then views in high quality, you’ll face many bugs. Downloads do not continue once you lock your ipad. The ones that are already downloaded have some error in the middle of the video which requires compulsory internet connection. Please look into these bugs. (Also, Netflix doesn’t have a report bug option within the app. So you have to mention it here)

App is not functioning properly

After the recent update the app functions pathetically, skip intro does not appear but if u take ur finger from screen it appears when u touch the Sareen it goes away also the previously watched titles still shows as available rather than in a completed format with full red line till end, skip intro appears actually when the intro is completely done and the actual show is playing please work on this request, subtitles disappear in middle I don’t know why I have to close and reopen the same video to get the sub title enabled again it’s frustrating

Well I would only love to say that I love Netflix
You can really get all the shows and movies you will like to watch it’s just like I have the whole package a whole meal I really don’t want to look for other shows or movies on any other sites or apps Netflix is just enough for me . So yes guys it’s awesome and I am sure you’ll love it. It’s updated version is good and has a categorised manner.

PLEASE ADD FEATURE OF MANUAL QUALITY with Auto. Just like Disney+ Hotstar.
Because here in INDIA data quantity is concern especially for mobile users. They have only 2-3 GB/day but Netflix uses at least 4GB in 2 hours because customers have best speed thanks to 4G network but we don’t have DATA QUANTITY to watch one movie in a day on mobile data.
So customer can enjoy movie or episodes with medium quality.

Downloaded video can’t be played sometimes

I love Netflix! It has all the dramas, movies, series and whatnot that I want to watch!!
But the only problem is that sometimes the videos I have downloaded can’t be played. It says the video can’t be played right now and gives some error numbers. This has happened a few times in the recent days. I don’t understand if it’s the issue with Netflix or issue with my iPhone. Please fix this problem as downloaded videos are important for me as I have internet issues.

Please add a function to control volume

I would like to request the Netflix team to please add an extra function to increase or decrease the volume maybe on the right side as you guys have put the function for the brightness adjustment, i am requesting this because it causes a lot of trouble to adjust the volume I guess others might also be having the same problem. I’ve been using Netflix on my iPad. I would really like if app will let me download contents while I’m doing any other work on my device. Whenever I put something on download and shift to any other app my download will automatically pause and won’t resume unless I keep the app open in active. It’s just a waste of time seeing on screen without anything to do. Also kindly give pause option in downloads.

As much as we love to subscribe to Netflix, I would request the Netflix Team to ask for One Time Password every time we renew the subscription. We would subscribe to the channel if we want to, but in case we do not want to, we would not want an option of Auto Renewal. Online frauds are bound to happen, and because of someone’s mistake, the owner or the person whose card details are given should not be at fault.
Request you to look into the same and act on the same.
Quality of movies are amazing, this was the only issue. I hope the developers take this sportively and act.

PINs are vulnerable

If I have three profiles, say A B and C, and I am using ProfileA. With the introduction of PINs for each profile, I was able to set a PIN for my ProfileA. But the owners of ProfileB and ProfileC were able to view and change the PIN that I set for ProfileA because they have the account password with them. I believe that the PINs come into handy when multiple people can access an account but should not be able to view the profiles that belong to others. But if we can view and change the PIN of one profile from another, then I cannot understand the reason for using the PIN.

Everything about Netflix is great except for the download management! When I queue the downloads in a particular order,I want to watch them in an order right? Then what’s the point of parallel downloads?? I need them downloaded one by one. There’s no point in downloading 2/3 videos up to 50%each, as I won’t be able to watch either us then until one reaches 100%. So hope u change the download management to sequential downloading or at least put an option for such in case people like me prefer it.

It is a best video application by far in app store. But from 3-4 day I am facing one issue. While opening this app it is saying “No network connection. Failed to connect to netfilx. Check your device network connection.”
I have a good internet connection with speed and all other application are running with my network connection. Though videos are playing in this app when connected to WiFi network.
Please resolve this issue asap.

It certainly does not catch the internet or wifi while other apps seem to function fine and it keeps giving error no internet connection
The next episode button does not work and as soon as the episode is finished it does not directly start the next episode. Each time I have to close the app and restart it.
Each time I open the app, the app has to be closed down at least 3 times before it could play anything
It has become frustrating to this app and it seems like we are paying for the content but the app functions in the most terrible fashion. Do work on it.

Beware of the Trial Scam

Normally in any Checkout Experience, system tells that they proceeding to take money from your card! However in Netflix System case they will neither tell you are not eligible for trial and nor take your consent before they proceed to deduct money from card.
Potentially, you have not used the trial but if system deducts anyone of your household has already used a trial, then you are not eligible. The SCAM is this you will assume that you are eligible for trial but after money is taken from your account you will come to know you are not eligible. They don’t even REFUND you the money they will ask to cancel it for the next month onwards subscription. Good Luck with such TECH companies who steal money from their customers!!!!

I just love Netflix. I just think what I would do without Netflix. No matter what my mood is, Netflix just finds a way to put a smile on my face.
And the app is just so brilliant with the regular updates. Keep going..!!
Just feel that you should bring the world version now.. So many of the shows that are present in the U.S can be watched by subscribers in India.

I used the Netflix trial service for a month with my old debit card and due to some issues I had to block the bank account. Hadn’t used Netflix for a while and just today when I re-installed it I found out that there was no way I could sign back in with my old email account that has been linked with my new bank account. There’s only a sign-in option and when I do sign in with my old credentials it says that the account doesn’t exist. It seems there is no way now that I use Netflix ever. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Love the app, great content. Fresh and innovative stuff. Just one thing, if you can somehow bring the option to set passwords for different profiles under the same account, that would be fantastic. Strange bugs without any update or change stops streaming with random errors, no way out except reinstall. Irritating!
Also, no way to clear the watch list; why not allow to clear on app the list if I didn’t like something in between unless i login on web browser and clear from viewing history.
And it would be good to have user ratings and/or imdb to help user to chose the titles else it is a time waste to search and watch something.
Provide some good usability and options for user to manage and watch with less effort.

This is an excellent app hence I gave 5 stars.. however I am not sure why is it not allowing to watch anything.. I have three people using my account and if I am not wrong upto 5 people can share 1 account, so not sure why it keeps saying close one of the accounts to continue watching. Its a little disappointing.. some or the other stuff keeps happening. Is there a way to avoid this or what the solution to this.

Jst an advice..plz have a seperate category for foreign language movies..as in please mention the language of the movie before itslf..it generally happens so tht i add the movie as per recommendation to my list by the title or description and whn i play it..its not in Language tht i wanna view it in.. And one more thing.. Please create a window for seen history..One should know which movies one haz viewed.. Like sumtyms i happen to c an option in the main window list of Watch it again.. But it vanishes and is not steady there.. Thankeww..Waiting fr a positive response.. :)

Couple of movies I feel Netflix is going down below quality and is opting for some very slow movies Netflix is known for great series like Narcos house of cards and a really big budget films kindly don’t let your class down I would’ve given you five stars if I would have rated you about 3 to 6 months ago, somewhere things are going a little below quality I feel, but still it’s a super application to watch a weekend full of movies .

People usually go with 4 screen options and it's split in between family members or friends, the screens should have a password or face ID unlock option feature as for now your family member or friend whom you share the account with can just enter into your screen and see your contents or even watch in your screen.. which is very disturbing so I would suggest to release an update which will secure screens. The content was very good and I mostly like thriller movies for which Netflix is best for me. Currently I am on 3 months Airtel plan and now looking to buy subscription as I am truly satisfied with the content provided. I like to request the developers plz add movies trailers like you have web series trailers, this will give the viewers the basic view of the movie and make up the mind to watch it or not...plz consider my request as a suggestion for future upgrade...

I am giving 2 stars because things need to be fixed. first there is no button to forward movie 10sec but there is one for backward movie 10sec. it is really difficult to move ahead a movie it takes time to get on exact position where i want. Changed email is not working with app but working with web

Yesterday some one hacked my account, and changed my password and email within a minute. I got a notification on my gmail account. I asked help from Netflix chat support, but no reply. Then I checked my Airtel postpaid account linking Netflix details. There found a anonymous mail account take over my Netflix. Then I reached to that account and recover it.
Now I can see my email id linked with Netflix in Airtel account.
I did some typo mistake while providing email I’d, that I corrected now. All things are working fine.

I love Netflix. My concern for the app is why doesn’t it have forward button?!?!? Why?!?!? It has a rewind button. Or is there any shortcuts to it that i dont know? No issues other than this for the app. Tho few issues with Netflix tv version. It has good movies and series but I don’t get why it’s expensive In compared to other Netflix kind of app or network with as much contents as Netflix. And the screens that you have to pay accordingly. Others give you multiple excess with lesser price. I don’t get it!!! But I still love Netflix no matter what. Tho I wish some changes.

Auto payment since last two months without reminding me

When I took the free membership of a month of Netflix, I was told that at the time of renewal they will take my permission before deducting any amount but since last two months I observed they have deducted money from my ITunes account. Please cance my account as I don’t want to continue, whenever I tried to do myself it doesn’t open from Netflix to ITunes and shows error. What kind of service and bad customer relation is this.

Netflix India is doing a scam, where someone in another country (South African countries) will try to login to your account, will change the email ID of an account and later will change the password. You will get email alerts from Netflix in the middle of the night, in morning when you contact Netflix India they’re like sorry we’re sleeping, don’t disturb. There is no customer service number and there chat option that doesn’t work, messaged them on Facebook, it’s been more than 9 hours no response. Horrible they don’t have customer service email address. Same thing happened with other people.

There is a serious issue in the app. I am on 11.4.1 on Iphone 7plus.. The app is auto refreshing it self whatever I do with it, it auto refresh and comes back to the home screen .. I am not able to use the app in my phone.. however the app works fine on apple tv and Iphone 8plus...
may be few people say that I have a problem in my phone... but there is nothing wrong with my phone... plenty of others apps working smoothly
