I have had great fun discovering various lines of ancestors and connecting to other family trees of newly discovered relations! The records are not fully comprehensive but there is certainly a great deal of info in the Ancestry database. For the purposes of tracing various branches of my Irish relations, it has been great.

according app I live in France ... (I don't). Does not recognize my city of Birth, serious error linked to village where both my parents died. Hints are useless (French or Dutch, which we are not) or not available. purpose is to sell you the next levels, not to provide them

De kracht van het internet kan deze stambomen met elkaar verbinden. Benieuwd hoe deze app er zal uitzien binnen enkele jaren.

Diese App macht Spaß. Sie läßt den Familienstammbaum gut gleiten und man kann problemlos von einer Generation zur nächsten springen.
Mir fehlt momentan die Kategorie "relationship" (heutzutage muß man nicht verheiratet sein um ein Kind zu haben) und die Möglichkeit, Kontakte incl. Geburtstage direkt aus dem Adressbuch zu importieren.
