Autant votre magasin en ligne est super pratique et bien fait, autant cette app est mauvaise. Surtout la version sur Apple TV : c’est une catastrophe ! Expérience utilisateur = 0. Est-ce que quelqu’un teste ces apps avant de les déployer ? Avez vous une Apple TV pour tester ou vous balancer les choses comme ça ? Surtout la nouvelle version, pourquoi vous faites ça ?. Pour faire une avance rapide quand on regarde un épisode, ça deconne completement. Ça prends des plombes pour arriver ne fut ce que jusqu’au quart d’un épisode et très souvent ça bug et freeze. Il faut couper l’app et redémarrer, et ce malgré les dernières mise à jour. J’ai testé 2 Apple TV avec les dernières mise à jour et c’est pareil. Pourquoi vous ne faite pas quelque chose de simple ? Ensuite, l’écran se rempli d’infos inutiles chaque fois qu’on veut faire avancer ou reculer la vidéo (genre X-Ray etc). Même la manière dont vous séparez les saisons de la même série : il faut rajouter saison par saison à la liste de favoris. Vous le faites vraiment exprès je pense, car un développeur avec un minimum de bon sens n’oserai même pas déployer ce genre de version médiocre. Ensuite aucune info proactive sur des séries qui disparaissent, temporairement indisponible et dont bonne connais jamais la fin du « temporaire », aucune notification quand une série a une nouvelle saison.
Il y a vraiment du boulot à faire. Si vous n’avez pas les compétences chez vous, alors copiez to simplement votre concurrent N*flix.
Maintenant quand je pense amazon je pense à votre app de mauvaise qualité et ca ne le donne plus envie d’acheter sur votre site. Je me dis que le service client va se détériorer de la même manière. Je suis pourtant un acheteur régulier.
Vraiment dommage, pourtant vous avez les moyens mais ça doit été une question de volonté et certainement de manque de compétence.

Le concept de Prime video est bon, quelques bons films difficiles à trouver.
Problèmes: tous les films Amazon sont Woke et je déteste ça. Même la copie des histoires dans les Terres du Milieu.
Pas moyen de sélectionner les films et les genres qu’on aime, encore moins qu’on déteste, donc encore pire que Netflix pour ce point.
On est obligé de voir les films que Amazon veut montrer, pas ceux qu’on a vraiment envie de voir.
La fonction recherche ne fonctionne pas. Si par exemple je cherche un film avec un acteur, ou même un titre, le système me montre une centaine de films qui n’ont rien à voir.
Amazon refuse d’améliorer cela, combien de fois ai-je demandé au Customer Service?

Movies and Tv Series are as good as on Netflix and, most of the time you don't find them on both apps.
My BIG problem, concern and what makes me very angy is the HUGE mess around the languages. Let me explain:
I watch the movies or episodes in English or French (depending on the fact I'm tired, for example).
In a not-negligible part of the movies, there are dialogues in Spanish, Russian and other languages of the world WITHOUT the dubbing, you just have to rely on the subtitles. It happens often. This is very annoying if you intend to watch a wonderful movie or episode: some of them have 50% non-dubbed parts. So, with a light eye problem... one don't understand what's happening. I bet Prime Video would say "You could choose the option as if you were blind, to have the full description" but this is 95% of the time dubbed with ONE voice only; not easy to adapt and understand.
As far as I know, Mr Bezos and his company have enough money to offer (!?) Very good full dubbing.
Cheap cost-cutting can make the customers unhappy in the long term: time to adapt NOW.
Don't hope for the people to learn 7 languages fluently to understand what they hear (I'm fluent in 3, thx).
Please give us 100% dubbed movies and episodes. Or don't sell them as "dubbed".
Other problem, annoying but that can be solved quickly: let the "X-Ray" option with the link to IMDB a step farther from the main commands: ffwd, rewind, language and subtitle choice is all you'l ever need. X-Ray can be a Plus, but don't think we like it so much.
Last point: we need to be able to give "our" rating, even if it's only for us: you could build a truly interesting line on the "home" screen based on what we liked (a 0 to 10 points rating - and you could feed it back to IMDB whose ratings are often biased by the afficinados or the "movie-eaters" like me).
If you feel shy on this, you can use the stupid thumb... Facebook-style; but, I'm afraid, this would not give the information we like and need. Netflix does that and it's very close to useless. Their algorithm is bogus. Instead: let us see what ratings we gave (by user on the account).

Le catalogue pour la Belgique est ridicule en comparaison avec la France. La plupart des films +ou-correct sont en néerlandais ou anglais. Idem pour les sous-titres. Er zit een redelijk groot aantal kinderfilms in de catalogus maar de meeste zijn in het Frans nagesynchroniseerd. Zelfs films die oorspronkelijk in het Nederlands werden gemaak kan je enkel in het Frans bekijken. Na minder dan 2 maand hebben we het grootste deel van de kinderfilms al gezien, en wat er overblijft is niet veel zaaks. We kijken niet eens zo vaak. Het heeft weinig zin om ons abonnement te verlengen.

Op zich is de app ok en de inhoud ook maar er zijn regelmatig films die oorspronkelijk Engels zijn maar dan enkel bv in het Frans zijn te bekijken en ook enkel Franse ondertitels. Jammer! Dat er geen Nederlandse ondertitels zijn tot daar aan toe maar laat de taal minstens in de originele versie ook ter beschikking zijn.

Love Prime but it’s extremely annoying that in Belgium (though I am English speaking) all the series are only available in French. The more I live in the Dutch speaking part. It’s hell I can’t watch more then half of the series due to this.

Belachelijk dat je alles in het Frans krijgt als nederlandstalige, ik HAAT gedubde versies, feit dat ik naar Bohemian Rhapsody moet kijken in het Frans doet me mijn abonnement opzeggen sukkels!

Teveel content in het Frans. Zelfs een categorie films in een voor ons compleet irrelevante taal. Gelukkig zijn er toch een aantal goeie eigen series en betere filmcontent dan Netflix maar eens we daar door zijn zal het abonnement niet verlengd worden.

J’ai téléphoné au help desk pour dire qu’il y a des films dans la liste de film qui sont dans l’abonnement. Les 3 n’avaient pas de traduction en français ni de sous titre. Et bien devinez quoi ? Amazon a tout simplement enlever les films de ma liste. Et l’autre me l’a rendu payant. C’est très professionnel!!!!!!

Le catalogue est chouette pas de problème mais très souvent lors de la lecture que ce soit en streaming ou d’un contenu téléchargé, la lecture saute inopinément et de manière répétée. Pouvez-vous régler ce problème.

Het aanbod is zeer goed. Dat de meerderheid met franse audio is en franse ondertiteling terwijl het gewoon engelse films zijn. Dat is de reden dat ik het abonnement niet verder zet

Le catalogue est vide mais surtout ce n’est pas ça le problème c’est que les films ne sont que en voix anglaise et néerlandaise donc si vous cherchez un film à regarder sur cette plateforme en français vous pouvez déjà quitter et aller sur Netflix (je précise que même les sous titres n’existent pas en français) 😄

In België krijg je een hoop Franstalige films die normaal in het Engels zijn. Ze zijn gedubd en je kan geen Engels taal kiezen.
Niets voor het Vlaamstalige gedeelte van het land dus.
Het probleem is bekend bij Amazon maar daar blijft het ook bij. Geen enkele oplossing. Mijn abonnement gaat dus zeker niet verlengd worden hierdoor.

I am an expat in Belgium, a strange country with three official languages none of which I really speak that well. My prime account is with amazon.de and my app settings are in English. Almost half the content has slowly become French and I have no choice of switching languages in audio or even at least the subtitles. We are even getting Hollywood movies only with French audio and no subtitles which is madness. Can someone please cater for the expatriates of this world and stop these artificial blocks based on location, the internet is supposed to be borderless, this makes no sense. Thanks!
