Bij mijn eerste bevalling heb ik veel gebruik gemaakt van hypnobirthing. Nu ik een tweede kindje wil krijgen was ik op zoek naar leuke apps en methodes. Van alle verschillende die vond, is deze toch de fijnste. Ik zal hem zeker gaan gebruiken tijdens mijn tweede bevalling !

When I went into labour I used it & I can honestly say buying this app was money well spent
It allowed me to progress with the natural course of labour and not rush to the hospital too quickly.
Jump in the bath tub, try to relax and follow the Doula instructions
I loved it and my baby was born after 3h53min
