Right before news anchor Se-ra is about to go live, she receives a phone call from a young woman who tells her that she is about to be killed by someone who has already killed her daughter. Se-ra disregards the call as a prank call but can’t stop thinking about it. She visits the address the woman gave her, finds two dead bodies and alerts the police. Soon after the incident, Se-ra seems to lose her mind: she starts hearing voices and is threatened by ghostly appearances. She decides to further investigate, returns to the crime scene and accidentally meets the victim's ominous psychiatrist. As she gets more and more involved in the case, Se-ra discovers a shocking truth for which she was not prepared...
