Got my butt in gear
From the beginning Laura was motivating and played some good groovy music. I looked forward to my exercise. Was a great way to get off the couch and start moving. However by week 4 the music wasn’t my taste and I had to resort to listening to my own music to stay in flow. But I’m real grateful for the push in the beginning from this podcast. I did run my first 5k just 5 weeks after starting the program as I jumped ahead a bit. Oh and I lost 8 pounds whoop whoop
