Michael creates a really interesting storyline for his podcasts and adds appropriate sound effects, when appropriate. In the later podcasts, after he has finsihed the details for an episode, he also adds an "Extra Mile" in which he gives other details, such as, information that may have detracted from the flow of story in the episode, or information about how he researched the episode, etc.. The Extra Mile is very informal and you get a tiny insight into the man and his life behind the microphone. His podccast gets a very strong recommendation from me
