(14:28) - Question 1- I work really long work days (12 hours), and I find it hard to get motivation to go the gym and stay on top of my diet, what would you recommend I do?

(24:47) - Question 3- Good morning! I am a higher jumper student athlete and my coach is always commenting about how I need to have abs. I take coaches advice seriously and I have tried so many things including extra and workouts, changing my diet, and even looking to get off of my birth control to see if it’s a hormonal thing but have had no success. I was wondering there was anything else you recommended so I am able to make more progress in this area.
