Now I know that a lot of you are probably thinking that as you grow your business you want to take on less not more. But having a nervous system that is set to NO DEAL to ‘more’ is NOT how you’ll move into your next level of success.

I absolutely get why you feel this way.  You are already juggling so much.  Between your clients, the backend of your business, managing a team of 1 or more, kids, partner, taking care of your body, exercising.  ALL.THE.THINGS.  You’re at capacity!

So adding more clients, more team, more programs, more humans, more systems, more content, more money, more expenses, more onto your plate is not the vision you have.

But let me ask you, do you think Oprah created the empire she has by taking on less? Do you think Kim Kardashian is as successful as she is because she focused on growing her empire by taking on less?

No they didn’t.
