我也曾覺得自己很髒～現在有時候還是會覺得，雖然頻率越來越少，或是罪惡感沒有那麼大了，但也不是完全消逝。

像我之前曾寫在社群的，我覺得要愛自己對我來說有點太難了，先練習不恨自己。
