The mens race had a lot of carnage in it. A shower of rain lead to a lot of crashes that influenced that race. Aerts, Hermans, Nys & Verstrynge all went down in the span of 2 corners. This is ofcourse discussed, as well as the fight between Iserbyt and Vanthourenhout.
In the womens race most attention goes to the great duel between Vos and Brand, but also the other riders involved get the credits they deserve. Especially Neff, Vas and Clauzel did a super strong race.
Ofcourse Betsema is also mentioned, who looked strong but had a mechanical issue potentially costing her the win.
