One of the most exciting secrets to feature in a Mortal Kombat game for well over a decade, Floyd is the series’ first ninja to be dressed in pink. An obvious nod to English rock band Pink Floyd, he joins the multitude of coloured ninjas made popular by the franchise’s early palette swap days.
Introduced in the January 2025 update patch for Mortal Kombat 1, the addition of Floyd as a secret character has reinvigorated the kommunity with a healthy buzz. In many ways, the hunt for Floyd overshadowed the game’s newest DLC kombatant, Conan the Barbarian.
