Up to discovering about Hormonehealingrd’s Instagram and podcast, I felt quite disempowered in my healing journey. I had to find answers by myself, the conventional medical world offering none to me. I made many mistakes but little by little I gained some clarity. When I started to follow this content, it felt like suddenly I found what I was looking for. I got to understand the « why » behind many of my questions and I gained autonomy in my decision making because of it.
After a few weeks of following some of the basic principles shared here, I got my period back after almost a year of having none.
