Contrast tells you what you don’t have but you don’t have to have that thing to feel fulfilled. You have the power to feel what you want to feel. You have the power to be filled with abundance inside.  You must become one with the energy that you desire. Think about the deeper desire that’s behind every desire you have, connect with that. Let the energy of that deeper desire resonate within you.  Obsession usually comes with negative feelings such as worry, fear, and impatience - ultimately, obsession comes from a place of lack. You have to dig deep into the “having” of the true desire behind that obsession.
