"Conscious Parenting" completly shifted my way of seeing the child-parent relationship. It's a paradigm shift, an inward journey. Whether you're a parent or not, this episode is meant for you, because we ALL have an inner child that is craving for our attention.
Khadija Bennani is my special guest for this episode! She was trained by Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Dr Shefali, world renowned teachers in the fields of mindfulness and conscious parenting.
For more than ten years, Khadija has supported parents on a path of self-discovery, to lead at home and work with mindfulness and self-compassion. She teaches fluently in English, French and Moroccan Arabic.
