Coach Mark Carroll is a coach and leading educator in the fitness industry. Starting as most PTs do, Mark began his career running boxing sessions in the park and conducting face to face sessions in a gym in Sydney, Australia. Fast forward 15 years later, and he has developed a training methodology known as The Mark Carroll Method, which is known and loved by many for the world-class transformation it produces.
