The New Endometriosis Pill – What You Need to Know

The New Endometriosis Pill – What You Need to Know

Durée : 9:25
In this episode, I dive into the recent announcement about the UK’s new endometriosis pill, Ryeqo — what it is, how it works, and why I have mixed feelings about it. While this new treatment offers some benefits, it’s still just another way of managing symptoms rather than truly addressing the root cause.
I also share my thoughts on why this approach can feel frustrating — and why so many women are still searching for deeper, long-term solutions.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to try next, I’m here to help. At the end of this episode, I invite you to join my free webinar where I’ll explore natural approaches to endometriosis management, pain relief strategies, and hormone-balancing tips that work with your body — not against it.
💫 Tune in now and let’s find a better way forward together

Sarah was diagnosed with endometriosis over 20 years ago and, when faced with invasive surgery, she decided to forge her own path. Learning a myriad of natural methods and alternative medicine techniques, she started to treat herself with some success. As word spread, she started treating friends and family and her company (Halcyon) was born in 2008. Since then, Sarah has successfully help thousands of women with endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, menopause, fertility issues and may other often-debilitating conditions.
She now focuses on teaching others the self-treatment techniques she's used to manage her own endometriosis and avoid surgery since her diagnosis all those years ago. Sarah also helps forward-thinking organisations support the menstrual health of their employees with supportive management strategies, period-friendly workplaces and access to a range of programmes to help people who are struggling.
