If you know me from my other podcast - Sis, Get Your Ish Together - you know that I'm all about inner-work in all the ways. I've also worked with a lot of women over the years through my group classes, membership, and one on one sessions, and because of that, I know that one of the biggest struggles so many women have is: building, or rebuilding a healthy relationship with their intuition.
