I’ve been trying to contact customer service for 2 days! I sent emails I didn’t get a reply even though it’s been 24 hours
I tried contacting through help center on the app the chat bot said “I'm connecting you to one of our chat support advisors...”
I was waiting over an hour on the chat I tried multiple times….
I even called there was no answer at alll !!!!!!
Tamara customer service won’t respond to me I will report this app you’re not helping ur customers with their issues

I put my credit card and Apple pay into to your application and still it doesn't pay automatically? I still need to pay manually? Then whats the purpose of putting the card? Horrendous chat bot, and that is the gentle way of putting it. Is its irritating style of chatting more accommodating to low-literacy users or something? Regardless, an option between that and a normal, all-text-in-one-go would be preferable. Excessive emoji use is cringe too, but that’s nothing too serious.

الرجاء مراجعة والغاء غرامات التأخير بعد الفتوى الرسمية الصادرة من دار الافتاء في السعودية ، تم اثبات ان شرط غرامات التأخير هو من الربا الصريح برجاء الالغاء لهذا الشرط ، حيث انه تم ايقاف العمل بالبرنامج من قبل الآلاف من المستخدمين لعدم البحث عن بدائل ، لابد من الغاء هذا الشرط. Please review and cancel the late fines. After the official fatwa issued by the Fatwa House in Saudi Arabia, it has been proven that the requirement for late fines is outright usury. Please cancel this condition, as the program has been stopped by thousands of users In order not to search for alternatives, this condition must be abolished.

The worst experience I’ve ever had , poor support and poor educated staff who has been struggling with my issue more than a week and they did not even do anything and whenever I inquired about my issue they keep telling me the contacted the store which is obviously did not happen, if there was a rating 0 I’d definitely give it to them . I do not recommend this application to anyone . Instead of commercializing for your horrible application you should try to solve the actual issues you have in the background.

I understand that you make this supportive service with less penalties but yet you can give flexibility on dates of the payment example I can pay at 30 or 1 in each month but the system here calculates the date of your first payment which is a problem now.
Overall am happy with this service as it give me what I need with less requirements as non Saudi citizens

Most of stores don’t accept payment through this bad application, it is a waste of time, I spent more than 2 hours searching for a smart phone to buy, after selecting the item, the store refused to accept the payment for no reason, even though I am registered in this tamara.

It’s the best thing I have been using for shopping. It was an option that have always saved me. I wish I was able to have more period options like before and I would select the period of time not depending on my total amount and also if I was able to make multiple purchases not only one I have to stick with during the payment period.
But so far I love Tamra it have saved me and I’m very loyal to it I have never seen such a service that is actually made for the customer comfort.

So disappointed this evening because my husband and I thought we were able to use Tamara for the first time on our purchase in Ikea. We purchased bed frame and mattress but when we’re on the counter to pay and use our Tamara account, it says that my number is not registered in Tamara. How come it happens when I already have the app, completed the needed information and registered our credit card and bank details on the app. Hey Tamara! Are you really real or just a big prank?

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I raise my concern bec i cancelled my order but only received half of the payment i was charged for. They replied to me to wait bec no one in customer service can reply with an excuse that is is Eid, which obviously still isn't. And why someone replied? it's not even an automated reply. And worse there is no phone service, only chat.
